Mundschutz Modell B -

für ein leichteres Sommermodell die grünen Angaben weglassen, mit der Einlage ist die Maske sicherer.

 Material:

                - 1 Blatt Küchenrolle

                - Slipeinlage (BioBaumwolle)

                - 2 Haushaltsgummis (oder Wolle, zum Kreis geknotet)

                - Hefter (oder Kleber)

 Faltung:

1. ein Blatt der Küchenrolle vor sich legen, je nach Breite des Gesichts die schmale/breite Seite nach unten

2. einmal waagerecht falzen , aufklappen und die Slipeinlage mittig (ca. 0,5 cm nach oben versetzt) einkleben

3. das Blatt oben und unten umschlagen. Der mittlere Bereich sollte dem Abstand von Nasenspitze bis Kinn + ca. 1-2 cm entsprechen.         

 4. die Umschläge noch einmal halb umschlagen

5. unteren Ecken der Maske steil nach oben falten,  die oberen flach nach unten.  Die Ränder (oben und unten) bleiben in der Mitte einige cm flach.         

6. Haushaltsgummis auf den Seitenrand der Maske legen und diesen umknicken

 7. den seitlichen Umschlag festtackern oder kleben
